Terms of service
These terms cover the use of luumandbloom.com and enrollment in classes offered by Lu'um and Bloom LLC.
Last updated: 2026-08-06
What we provide
Lu'um and Bloom LLC provides supplemental live online enrichment instruction for children ages 3 to 12. Our classes are supplemental: they do not replace core curriculum, and they are not a substitute for a school program or for any professional, medical, or psychological service.
Enrollment
Submitting the enrollment form is a request, not a confirmed seat. A seat is confirmed when we reply in writing. Seats are limited, and classes may be rescheduled or cancelled if too few students enroll — if that happens, you are not charged and we will tell you as soon as we know.
Charter school funding
If tuition is covered by a charter school, services must be authorized by an approved purchase order before the class begins. A school is not obligated to pay for services delivered before its purchase order was approved. We invoice the school directly against the purchase order, with itemized dates of service.
Direct payment
If you pay directly, we will send an invoice with payment options. Tuition is due before the term begins unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Withdrawals
Tell us as early as you can. For charter-funded students we will work with your school to adjust the invoice for sessions not delivered. For direct-pay students, we refund sessions not yet delivered. Art kits already shipped are not refundable.
Conduct
Classes are shared spaces for young children. We ask that students and the adults supporting them treat everyone with respect. We may remove a participant whose behavior repeatedly prevents others from learning safely.
Recording
We do not record classes, and we ask that families do not record them either. Other people's children are in the room.
Our content
Course materials, the Root · Bloom · Grow Method™, and the contents of this website belong to Lu'um and Bloom LLC. Materials shared with enrolled families are for their own use and are not to be redistributed or resold.
Limitation
We deliver our classes with care, but we cannot guarantee a specific educational outcome. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the class in question.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
