Culinary Creators
Measuring, timing, tasting, adjusting — a kitchen is a very forgiving classroom.
Students cook alongside the class from their own kitchen, learning technique, kitchen safety, and where food actually comes from. Along the way they practice fractions, sequencing, and the patience of waiting for something to be ready.
